| Description: | Our Double Planetary Power Mixer (DPPM) is CHYNAMIX special product. This is a high-performance and all-purpose vacuum mixer with high speed dispersion. It is best called when high fineness solution is required in a shortest mixture time. The DPPM is able to combine the functions of reaction, blending, dissolving, solids suspension mixing and dispersion together. It is designated for the industries whose production process involve combining two or more liquids, solids with liquid, solids in a liquid, ointment to ointment, powder to ointment. It can be applied to a wide range of viscosity, up to 5M cP. The mixing tools and tank are made of stainless steel which makes these equipments highly clean and usable in all industries. Combining the characteristics of a slow rotation to a rapid dispersion, the DPPM has variable speed control, which guarantee efficiency, stability and the consistency of the mixtures at low cost (minimal time and energy). | |
